Funded by the Early Career Researcher Network at LSE, this project investigated how early career researchers (ECRs) racialised as 'non-white' experience LSE as an institution. The project used quantitative data looking at the relationship between race and seniority of academic role; and qualitative data collected through inteviews to shed light on racialised ECRs' experience.
